I’m honored to help you reach your health goals. Growing up in a small Midwestern town outside of St. Louis, MO, I was active in sports and developed a passion for healthy living. After a motor vehicle accident introduced me to chiropractic care, I switched from Pre-Med to Logan College of Chiropractic, where I also earned my Master of Science in Sports Rehabilitation and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner. Now, with over ten years in San Diego, I’m dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals, whether it's improving athletic performance, supporting a healthy pregnancy, or enhancing everyday well-being.
