As someone who grew up playing sports, I have had my fair share of injuries. As a result, I developed such a respect for the people who helped me recover from my injuries including physical therapists, chiropractors, and athletic trainers. It didn’t take long for me to know I wanted to do the same for others. I went on to study Kinesiology at Cal Poly Humboldt where I received my Bachelor’s degree and began working for and shadowing various healthcare professionals including chiropractors. After a few years of experience in the field I went to Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in September of 2024. Since graduating I have had the pleasure of helping my friends, family and the many patients I have worked with decrease pain, improve function and improve their quality of life. I then returned to San Diego county and joined Hernandez Chiropractic in August 2025 to continue helping as many people as I possibly can!
